Entry or Exit?

Life is Always Unpredictable!

Which one do you think is more important? Entry to a Job, or Exit of the Job?

People will take it very serious when they entry to a new job, new role and new environment. Put extra effort when entering a "new" thing; even a new relationship. However, when come to exit, they will really take it easy, putting the comment that " why should i care, why should i border, when i leave meaning i'm leaving, never came back, no turning back".

Honestly i disagree with the statement:-
A JOB - when exit a job, we should be responsible, MORE responsible. Especially handover, we suppose to make sure whom ever taking over from us, can do a better job. Wishing the company all the best even we not staying or even we do not like the company, the job or the bosses. Why must we make the company miserable by did a bad handover, deleted all the necessary information, just leave a blank to the person whom are taking over our job. This is a selfish act. Perhaps we might wish that to leave a perception whereby " Now then you know i am very important, no one can does this better than i do; is a lost than you did not asked me to stay back, or did not treated me nicer". So we purposely done this irresponsible thing just to show that we are VIP (VERY IMPORTANT PERSON) in this company.

We will never know the next movement, will we meet someone from our previous company. We should always be humbler and remember that the world is small, we will never know what will come next. So why not make a good example. Be someone that your former employee that always welcome you rather than turns around when talks about you.
