Why this has to be that way? How come never do it the way? There are really thousands form of compliant; i start wondering what is the purpose of complaint; how it could help to move the issues, the conflict?
I used to be complaint a lot as well, but sooner i realize it is pointless and useless. If we want something to be ready, to be done, then we should have discuss not complaining.
Now, i turns compliant to grumbling. I stop complaining others and i realize no matter what, no matter how i complaint it will not changed the issue. It will not getting any better unless we are complaint directly to the person whom are involve in this or else, it won't help at all.
I get piss sometimes by someone whom are irresponsible, keep lying; and eventually i knew they won't know that you are angry or upset; unless we tell them right on their faces.
I do aware that same picture might create different perception, when someone prejudice against you, it will turns bad no matter what had you said or what you did.
I used to spend 1 - 2 hours to complaint about my boss, my colleague, my friends & sometimes myself. I dint know why and what is the purpose back then, but now i know why. I was upset that things doesn't move the way i wanted to. I was young, i was ego and ignorant; but now i'm a grown up.
Slowly, through the year, experience, i learn to be silent. Not to gossip, not to join any group. I will only concentrate on what i suppose to. I'm still ego, and now add a little bit of proud. I know i did the right thing of being silent, being alone in the political environment which help survival. Being silent will increase your credibility, trustworthy and hence you will get many insider news as people take you as a secrete keeper.
Like many things, when there is a bright side, it will have the dark sight as well. Too many secrets will make you crazy, unless you are able to forget and ignore the private and confidential information that you've got. Like a psychologist, often will have certain extend of mental problem as psychologist has to kept the secret straightly secret for entire live..
